I Have a Dump , this dump occurs because  my program Check a variable numeric but in this variable have a value with letters ,then occurs dump.

  STATICS: v_catly TYPE zcatly,

            v_msgtx TYPE zmensagem_t.

   IF v_catly IS INITIAL OR v_catly = ' '.

     EXIT.

   ENDIF.

v_catly is type numeric ,but when check  " IF v_catly IS INITIAL OR v_catly = ' '."  it has the value '   BEA-3 .

The beter solution is?

1- check if variable have letters with 'CS, CA' ,if yes move to variable char or exist other way.

We are getting the above error when trying to add a Delivery or A/R Invoice in SAP B1 HANA PL9.

The table (ILM1) does not contain the batch info we are trying to add - used simple query to list entire table and also a refined query to confirm.

I am trying to set up workflow for supplier with help from the SAP configuration guide for MDG 6.1. At the step "Set up the Business Rule Framework Plus (BRFplus)" I get the error "Decision Table "GET_AGENT" (ID: 801CC4F0983C1DEEB4F22ACCFB521351) does not exist in this client". It would seem to me that we are missing some components/applications in the client I am working in, but have been assured that isn't the case. However, I believe application MDG_BS_ECC_SUPPLIER_WF_CUSTM currently only exists in our client 000. Should this have been imported in a previous step (possibly during the activation of one of the BC sets)?

Do you khave any idea what has been missed?

I am using datasource 0HR_PA_3 - structural authorisations to extract user and Org unit information into BW for the purpose of applying authorisations to our BW reports.

When I do an extract I am only receiving a handful of users and the data does not seem to be valid.

I do receive a complete list of users that exist in our ECC QA system but they do not have any Org Unit assigned which is ok in most cases but in some cases we have assigned these users to the Org Unit hierarchy in PPOME but still it does not extract their information in 0HR_PA_3.

Are there any pre-requisites that need to be met before I can use this datasource?

Users Exist in ECC

Users exist in the Org Unit Hierarchy and are assigned to a valid position

Users exist in BW system

Anything else?

From an ECC perspective I am not entirely sure of the configuration but I am guessing that this datasource gets its data from the structure PPOME?

Please advise.

view the 3 tables used by the  calculation view  in metadata management in SAP IS.

If i click on view impact/lineage for the calculation view it has to show the 3 tables right?

I assumed that the format that the Security Export was in (.TXT file) would be the same format for the Security Import, however I'm getting an error when I try to Import stating that the file format is invalid.  Can anyone help me figure out what File/Format is required to do the Security Import via the Admin Console?

We use SAP's program RFBIBL00 to post AP documents.  We coded a function module that is called when BTE 1030 is reached.  Our FM creates an event that triggers a workflow.

We are now doing some testing with an external vendor who is creating AP documents by doing an RFC  using function module BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.

It seems that this BTE, 1030, is not being triggered when the IDOC created by this function module posts the AP document.

Has anybody else seen this issue and found a way to deal with it?

We have customized discount instruments (TBs, and Bankers acceptance) on zero coupon bonds. On running TPM1 to amortise the discount, we found that it does not amortise on the first day e.g

Bought Bankers acceptance on 01/01/2014 maturity 31/12/2014,  Nominal 100M, Price 95% discount 5% (5M). when we run TPM1 on 01/01/2014 it generates Nil amount upon amortisation it only starts amortising on the 02/01/2014 (Business expects it to amortise from the purchase date on 01/01/2013 and also when we run TPM 1 on the 30/12/2014 it is expected that it gives us total amount of 5M but it gives us less than 5M , on the PMP we using SAC Gross , my first guess is that its using wrong effective interest rate, how do we correct this , amortisation must be based on the effective interest and also on fixed income bonds we also expect amortisation to be based on effective interest rate not coupon rate, kindly advise 1. how to generate amortisation on purchase date 2. effective interest rate calculation method we must use to generate correct amounts and 3 Correct PMP

So I have and issue when I try to submit a request to add a role to a user and I'm trying to understand what could be the reason for it.  Basically I have a workflow that works perfectly for a "Change Request".  I can see that all the steps are executed and then at the end of the request when is suppose to do the actual role assignment I see the message "Provisioning log is not available" then the approval path is finish and the request is closed but when I take a look at the user in the back end the role is not assign.  In terms of access I have try giving SAP_ALL to WF-Batch, nothing shows in Yellow or Red on SLG1 and in SPRO->AC-> User Provisioning -> Define request Type I see "Change Account" with SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST.  What else can I do to troubleshoot this error?

Note: I when back to the  to the AC 10.0 Pre-Implementation From Post-Installation to First Access Requestand everythings looks right in terms of the AC Configuration settings.

Estou enfrentando o seguinte problema em um cliente:

A NF-e foi emitida e autorizada em 01/2014. A mercadoria não circulou e a solicitação é que o cancelamento seja feito neste mês.

Informaram a SEFAZ e, inclusive, pagaram a taxa e obtiveram autorização para este cancelamento.

O problema acontece no momento de tentar solicitar o estorno via monitor J1BNFE. Pelo fato do período contábil de janeiro já encontrar-se encerrado, o sistema não permite o envio deste cancelamento (Mensagem de erro: Período de lançamento 001 2014 já está encerrado).

Minha sugestão foi para que fizessem uma NF-e de Devolução à esta saída. No entanto, eles me informaram que a consultoria tributária que presta serviço para a empresa proibiu esta prática. Disseram que este procedimento não é legal e que o cancelamento extemporâneo é o que deve ser feito neste caso.

Diante disso, tenho alguns questionamentos:

1) Existe alguma maneira de solicitar este cancelamento via monitor J1BNFE, sem a necessidade de se mexer no período contábil?

2) O processo de Devolução à Saída realmente não é uma boa prática?

I then used AS03 to view Asset and it's showing P12 depreciation posted.
Every posting look good and i don't see what is causing the error.
